How do I delete or edit a photo/video or comment?

• Delete photo: Swipe to the left on the photo to delete it

• Delete comment: Swipe to the left on the comment to delete it

• Edit a photo: Swipe to the left on the photo to edit it

• Report a photo or mark it as “human”: Swipe to the left on the photo

Email us at hey@petzbe.com, or select Delete Account in your account settings, located in the upper-right corner of the app.

If Facebook Login is not working, you can access your Petzbe account by creating a password and signing in manually:

1. Open the Petzbe app.

2. Tap Sign In Manually.

3. Tap Forgot Password?

4. Enter the email address or username associated with your Petzbe account.

5. Check your registered email inbox for a password-reset email.

6. Open the email and tap the password-reset link.

7. Create a new password.

8. Return to the Petzbe app.

9. Tap Sign In Manually and sign in using your registered email address and new password.

If you do not receive the password-reset email, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot access your account, please contact Petzbe Support at hey@petzbe.com so we can investigate further.
